ASTARA CINEMA

Located in a historic urban district near Tajrish Square, this cinema complex reconnects the surrounding city life with a renovated cultural venue. The design introduces a sequence of public paths and gathering spaces that guide visitors from the urban fabric into the cinema. Interior spaces use linear lighting and contemporary materials to create an immersive cinematic atmosphere.
MEGA CINEMA
STATUS: UNDER CONSTRUCTION
A 7,000 sqm cinema complex designed as a sequence of immersive spatial environments. Bold monochromatic interiors, linear lighting, and graphic architectural elements guide visitors through lobbies, waiting areas, and circulation spaces, transforming the journey to the theater halls into a cinematic experience.
ESI BURGER
STATUS: BUILT 2017

Essi Burger is a small urban restaurant located in a busy neighborhood of Tehran known for its street food culture. The interior is organized as a series of stepped concrete platforms that integrate seating, tables, and planting, creating an informal and social dining environment. Warm lighting, exposed utilities, and simple wooden furniture reinforce the casual and vibrant atmosphere of the space.
CHOOJI

Chooji Restaurant is an interior renovation in central Tehran organized through a system of repetitive wooden poles that form walls, ceilings, and partitions. The modular elements create a porous spatial framework that defines circulation and dining areas while maintaining visual continuity. The lightweight structure allows the space to remain open, flexible, and easily reversible.
LAICO FOOD COURT

Laico Food Court is designed as a series of lightweight wooden pavilions organized along a central circulation spine. Permeable wooden screens define seating areas and dining spaces while maintaining visual openness. The modular structure creates a warm, semi-outdoor environment that blends movement, gathering, and landscape.

This mid-rise residential building explores the integration of semi-open living spaces within a dense urban context. Stepped balconies and permeable brick screens create shaded terraces that extend the interior into outdoor platforms, allowing natural ventilation, filtered light, and greenery to become part of everyday living. The façade system combines privacy with openness while forming a rhythmic architectural identity for the building.
COLLAGE

Collage Apartment explores the layering of materials, spaces, and light to create a sequence of interconnected living environments. Warm wooden surfaces define circulation and built-in elements, while white stone floors and walls balance the interior with a minimal and calm atmosphere. A narrow planted courtyard introduces greenery and daylight into the heart of the apartment, forming a spatial “collage” of interior and nature.
LAUNCH PAD GYM
STATUS: BUILT 2018

A compact fitness space organized around a linear “launch path” that guides movement and defines zones. The bold yellow strip integrates circulation, training, and identity, while contrasting black and white surfaces create a clear and energetic environment. Graphics and lighting reinforce orientation and motivation within a simple, efficient layout.
